How can my organization purchase courses?
Select an individual course, purchase the number of seats your organization needs, and distribute voucher codes to participants for enrollment.
Are volume discounts available?
Yes. Qualifying purchases receive 20% off for 5–24 seats, 30% for 25–49 seats, 40% for 50–99 seats, and 50% for 100 or more seats.
Can we combine seats from different courses?
No. Volume discounts apply to qualifying seats purchased together for one individual course. Seats from different courses and course bundles cannot be combined to reach a discount tier.
How do participants access their courses?
Your organization distributes voucher codes to participants. Participants redeem their codes through the designated enrollment process to access their online course materials.
Can our organization track course completion?
The current voucher management dashboard allows organizations to track voucher redemption. It does not currently provide participant course-completion reporting.
Can participants learn on their own schedule?
Yes. RelationshipREADY courses are designed for self-paced online learning, allowing participants to work through course materials on their own schedules.
Can professionals review a course first?
Qualifying professionals may apply for review access to evaluate course content before recommending it to clients, students, or program participants. Apply for review access.
Can courses be used in grant-funded programs?
Organizations may incorporate courses into programs where permitted by their funding requirements. Confirm eligibility, documentation, and reporting expectations with your funder before purchasing.
Are organizational purchases refundable?
Published organizational volume-purchase terms indicate that purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Review the current terms before checkout.
